Château Canon
...une vision d'avenir

Depuis son rachat en 1996, Château Canon s'est fixé de grandes orientations qui concourent à maintenir le vin à son plus haut niveau d'excellence.

Des investissements conséquents ont été engagés pour l'aménagement du cuvier et des chais ainsi que pour la restructuration complète du vignoble. Un chai à barriques recomposé sous la forme de trois espaces climatisés destinés chacun à entreposer 300 barriques.

Deux chais servent à la première année et un troisième à la seconde année.

of Château Canon

Since it was taken over in 1996, Château Canon has set itself objectives for its future development which aim to maintain the wine at its highest level of excellence.

Considerable investment has been assigned to refurbish the vathouse and cellars as well as to finance a complete reorganization of the vineyard. The barrel cellar laid out in three air conditioned areas, each of wich is designed to hous 300 barrels.

Two cellars are used the first year and a third th second year.
